Installation Steps: To install the Qualward Window Air Conditioner Support Bracket, follow these steps:

1. Find the correct window sill position and locate the mounting holes.
2. Assemble the Connector Bar with the support body and drill 5/32" * 2" screw holes into the window sill.
3. Align and mount the bracket to the sill, ensuring that the A/C Support shelf will clear all obstacles on the sill. Use the Rounded Spacer, Flat Spacer(s), and Block.
4. Place the end of the leg flat against the underside of the shelf and position the Leg foot pad against the exterior surface.
5. Finally, mount the bracket slightly tilted to allow for draining of condensation.
